Elaine Lam
Elaine is a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario and a post-Academic member of the Canadian Association of Psychoanalytic Child Therapy. She has a Masters degree in Psychology and post-graduate clinical trainings in the areas of CBT, EMDR, Psychoanalysis, Strength-Based, Solution-Focus, Mindfulness and Play Therapy. She has over 12 years of clinical practice and rich experience in working with issues on mental health, relationship, children and adolescent.
She values strongly the rapport between the client and the therapist. She believes in a holistic view of wellbeing and emphasizes in cultivating the mind wellness. She offers integrative approaches to meet client’s needs/goals.
