Natasha Huff

Natasha earned her Masters Degree in Social Work through Wilfrid Laurier University and is trained in Cognitive Behavior therapy, Emotion-focused therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Mindfulness and Narrative therapy and holds a certification in Trauma Counselling and Collaborative Problem Solving.

She is a Registered Social Worker that has been practicing as a counselor for 10 years working with  individual, couple and family therapy for a wide range of issues including; trauma, divorce/separation, domestic violence, trauma, grief, co-parenting, substance abuse, school refusal, family conflict, eating disorders and mental health (specifically, anxiety and depression).  Natasha also has extensive experience in the field of medical legal social work and preparing social work assessments and reports intended for court.

Natasha has supported individuals with a wide range of problems including post-trauma related stress, grief, Acquired Brain Injury, mental health challenges and physical and mental disabilities.  She is an experienced, seasoned clinician, skilled in assessing clients and preparing effective treatment plans intended to help increase their capacity to function better in their day to day life. Natasha has also worked with couples to assist them in improving their communication in their relationship and become better at managing future conflict.

Natasha places great important on the relationships that we forge with others as well as the one we have with ourselves.
