Mary has experience in the mental health field supporting adults from diverse backgrounds, providing individualized, trauma-informed care tailored to each client’s needs. She works with adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, occupational stress, and life transitions, including first responders and frontline professionals.
Mary also has experience working with Indigenous clients, including Métis Nation clients, supporting access to culturally responsive mental health services and treatment. She has clinical experience across private practice, group practice, addictions services, and specialized healthcare settings, including residential and community-based environments. Mary utilizes a collaborative, person-centred, and assessment-informed approach, integrating evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, and IFS to support healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
