Amy Brnjas, MPsy, RSSW

Amy holds a Master of Psychology degree in Clinical and Counselling Psychology as well as graduate certificates in Addictions and Mental Health, Adlerian Integrative Psychotherapy and Trauma Psychotherapy.

Since 2011, Amy has worked in the mental health field and has experience in community mental health and private practice. She uses an individualized, holistic and client-centred approach, drawing on Adlerian psychology and integrating various therapies such as cognitive behaviour therapy, trauma psychotherapy and mindfulness.

Amy is a Registered Social Service Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and is a member of the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA) and Ontario Social Service Worker Association (OSSWA). She enjoys working with youth and adults experiencing various mental health concerns including anxiety and mood issues, substance use, trauma, and psychosis.
