Saida Valiyeva, MA, MPsy, RP (Qualifying)

Saida is a registered psychotherapist (qualifying member) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as well as a member of the Ontario Psychological Association. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Language Studies from Azerbaijan University of Languages and a Master of Psychology degree in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School. Saida holds a Certificate of Deep TMS (Transcranial Magnetic (brain) Stimulation) operation and a graduate Certificate of Multimodality Psychotherapy.

Saida has worked in the personal injury field since 2005 carrying out psychotherapy and psychological assessments. Currently, she offers a client-centred, non-judgemental culturally sensitive approach to therapy. She practices a holistic model: combining modalities such as CBT, Adlerian, Behavioral Activation, Trauma-focused, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-based, Art therapy and many more.

Saida works with individuals aged 18 to 64 years old who are experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns and life issues, e.g. anxiety, depression, family/relationship conflict, addictions, chronic illness, coping skills, self-esteem, emotional disturbance and grief.
